Chef Lu’s Asian Bistro offers authentic Chinese wok-cooked food of traditional, modern and Szechuan varieties. Chef Lu’s unique style of cooking requires an especially hot wok to seal in flavors while keeping meat and vegetables crisp. In Chinese terminology, it’s said the breadth of wok is present in the food.

While authentic wok cooking is Chef Lu’s forte, it also offers a full service sushi bar with variety of cocktail drinks, beer and liquor. Its Sushi are fresh rolled daily. Chef Lu’s uses no MSA and strives to use fresh food and the best ingredients available.

MASTER CHEF
Chef JJ Lu was professionally trained as a cook in China in his late teenage years. He has been passionate about making Chinese delicacy for over 20 years, both in China and in the United States. JJ Lu and his wife, Monica Zhang, started Chef Lu’s Bistro in 2018 with the goal of providing true authentic Chinese food to the growing Spokane region.
